Results : Pulmonary hydatid cyst in different stages showed different image characteristics . The correct stage diagnostic rate was 94 23 % .

结果：1.生存期包虫与衰亡期包虫各具影像特征，本组B超的分期诊断正确率94.23%。

Conclusion : The main CT appearance of pulmonary sequestration is cyst , nodule and mass . Enhanced CT can demonstrate the cystic contents in nodules and masses , and also be helpful to identify anomalous systemic artery .

结论：肺隔离症的主要CT表现是囊肿、结节和肿块，增强CT扫描有助于显示结节和肿块内部的囊性成分及主动脉异常供血血管。

Results : 5 cases were correctly diagnosed and 7 cases were misdiagnosed as pulmonary cancer , hydatid cyst , tuberculoma and encapsulated pleural effusion before operation .

结果：术前诊断正确者5例，误诊7例，分别误诊为：肺癌（周围型）、肺包虫、肺结核及包囊性积液。

Results : 18 cases had ligation of pulmonary bullae or repair of pulmonary laceration , 6 cases had excision of pulmonary cyst , and 8 cases received wedge resection of lung .

结果：肺大疱结扎、肺裂伤修补18例，肺囊肿切除术6例，肺楔形切除术8例。

There were 5 cases of central lung cancer , 2 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis , 2 cases of chronic pneumonia complicated with bronchiectasis and each 1 case of congenital pulmonary cyst , blood plot impaction and pulmonary infaction ni 12 cases of marked bronchial stenosis .

在12例支气管明显狭窄病例中，中央型肺癌5例；肺结核2例：慢性肺炎合并支气管扩张2例，先天性肺囊肿，血块堵塞支气管与怖梗塞各1例。
